DELIVERY

Orders are dispatched 1-2 times a week and delivery will be 1 - 3 working days later to U.K mainland addresses. However, it is preferable to allow 5 working days as there will be times, when the volume of orders will prevent us from achieving that goal (lead up to Christmas for example).

RETURNING GOODS

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 10 days for a prompt exchange or refund. Use our contact form: CONTACT US for the returns address.

• Please note. Carriage costs associated with returned goods are to be paid by the customer.

Please remember to obtain a Proof of Posting Certificate from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. We will refund your money within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
We endeavour to ensure that all the information on this Web Site is correct and fairly stated, but are unable to accept liability for any Errors or Omissions.
Liability cannot be accepted for any damage caused by use of materials supplied by us. Compensation for faulty goods will extend only to the value of the goods purchased from us.
We cannot be liable for any losses for your order not arriving on time, although we will do our utmost to ensure that goods do arrive on time and in good condition at all times.

DAMAGED GOODS
