Their tried and tested recipe of ROCK, METAL and a number of other stylistic elements is of course fully in evidence again. Hard guitars and a brutal drum kit meet atmospheric keyboard instrumentation, fine lead/acoustic guitars and a voluminous, pressing bass. Together, the instruments create a multifaceted symbiosis of melody and relaxed brutality, which rolls delicately but mercilessly out of the speakers. Thematically, the listener can also expect a wild ride, as both ruthlessly clear and cryptically disturbing lyrics are thrown at them. But no matter whether angry, combative, thoughtful or disturbing, Uwocaust always switches to the right attack mode on the microphone.
